1, thermal conductivity

1) physical significance: characterizing the magnitude of thermal conductivity of a substance.

2) the numerical value indicates that the substance has a heat conductivity of 1w/m.k on the area of 1 square meters, and on the thickness of 1 meters, within 1 hours, the heat is 1 watts. 1kcal/m.h. =1.163 w/m.k.

3) the influencing factors: the heat conduction value of the material depends on the structure, bulk density, temperature, pressure, environment, atmosphere and humidity of the material.

4) numerical determination: direct test method and calculation method are usually used.

calculation method: natural material is =0.035+0.203 2kcal.m.h. (t all /1000)

synthetic material lambda =0.054+0.272 * 10-6, t are 2w/m.k

test method: hot wire method. features: high speed, low accuracy.

plate method. features: low speed and high accuracy.
